100% Tasmanian, 100% Natural Ingredients
The Nature-derived non-GMO Tasmanian ingredients we use are organically certified, farmed using organic practices and/or quality assured. Our toothsoap is freshly handmade using our own cold-process formulations, individually set in matchbox-sized, biodegradable cardboard trays, or recyclable PET plastic pots, and air-cured for at least one month. We also have pot refills available! The toothsoap is people-friendly and designed to gently cleanse, nourish and maintain your teeth (and/or dentures) and gums as well as assist with the equilibrium of your oral microbiome (of 700+ species). Brushing with it may restore an alkaline/acid balance (pH) in the mouth, making it inhospitable to all the destructive acid-loving bacteria that cause caries. It is very easy to understand the components of our toothsoap—there are no abrasives nor no nasty surprises, only good ones!

Check your toothpaste ingredients. The table above shows the abrasives commonly added to toothpaste. The problem is that over time, these abrasives wear off irreplaceable tooth enamel!
The ‘Structure of a Tooth’ diagram (above) explains how sensitivity occurs: once tooth enamel is removed the dentin is exposed and the nerves sit just underneath. The less-protected nerves trigger pain responses more easily.
The Relative Dental Abrasion Value (RDA) image above (sourced from the internet) shows the abrasivity level of common US toothpastes. American toothpaste companies must declare the RDA Value of their toothpaste product by law. Australia has no such requirement. Our toothsoap ranks as RDA 4, the least abrasive, as it contains no abrasives!
