Directions: Rub your wet, soft-bristled toothbrush on the toothsoap. Carefully brush your tongue, teeth and gums. Swish your mouth with the foam before spitting it out, then rinse your mouth well with water. This may assist to make your mouth more alkaline and less acidic.
